Questions not answered at Romney HQ

The Romney campaign communications director, Tom Schultz, seemed to avoid the questions asked by the Presidency and the Press participants, when they visited the campaign headquarters Tuesday afternoon.

When he was asked to defend Romney from the negative statements from Obama the best answer he could give was “All you can do is play defensive.”

One of the Presidency and the Press participants, Arron Dupuis, said, “It appeared that he was going around the question.”

Another one of the participants, Jake Guerra, said, “If our questions were a circle he was going on the outskirts of it. He talked about what Obama did more than what Romney was doing. The communications director said the statements about him in Boston were false, but provided no extra information.”

The communications director even said, “I am the low man on the totem pole.”

Schultz is a 23 year old Stanford graduate.
